This course aims at introducing basic notions of Life Cycle Assessment and to inform approaching young workers to environmental impacts of materials and construction elements along its life cycle. Students are sensitized to the necessity of accounting for environmental performances as an important criteria for chosing technical solutions inside the frame of international standards (ISO 14440 and EN15804).
